Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited

1 ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”). void where prohibited by law. This promotion is subject to the laws of the United States and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Daireds Salon & Spa Pangea and members of the immediate family or household are not eligible to participate.
2 SPONSOR: The sponsor (“sponsor” or “Daireds”) of this promotion is Daireds Salon & Spa Pangea, 2400 West I-20, Arlington, Texas 76017.
3 ENTRY PERIOD: The Daireds 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) January 1, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 PM CST July 28, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”). This Sweepstakes has one component consisting of seven (7) Monthly Entry Periods with seven (7) Monthly Prize drawings in which all eligible entries are automatically entered. Monthly Entry Periods for each monthly prize drawing are as follows:

4 HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. You may enter the Sweepstakes online or by mail. There is a limit of one (1) online or mail-in entry per person (regardless of whether a person has more than one email address) per email address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address) per Monthly Entry Period, for a maximum of seven (7) entries per person/per email address plus any bonus entries. All entries become property of Daireds and will not be returned.
5 ON-LINE ENTRY: To enter via the Internet, visit http://www.daireds.com to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received before the end of the applicable Monthly entry period. Multiple ONLINE entries from the same person using multiple email addresses during a single Monthly entry Period or entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Incomplete entries are void.
6 MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter by mail, hand print your name, complete address, home phone number and date of birth on a standard sized postcard and mail your entry to: Daireds 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes, 2400 West I-20, Arlington, TX 76017. MAIL-IN entries must be postmarked before the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period, and received before 4:00 PM CST on the fourth (4th) day following the end of the applicable Monthly Entry Period. To be eligible, each MAIL-IN entry must be mailed separately. No photocopies, mechanical reproductions or automated entries permitted. Daireds is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, ineligible or postage due entries or mail.
7 ON-LINE REFERRAL BONUS ENTRIES: You have the option of providing up to three (3) different friends’/relatives’ email addresses to obtain a maximum of three (3) additional on-line referral bonus entries. You may submit these eail addresses via the ONLINE entry method only. When you provide Daireds with friends’/relatives’ email addresses, Daireds may send an email to your friend/relative, inviting him/her to visit the “30th Anniversary” sweepstakes web site to enter the Sweepstakes. If he/she chooses to enter at the “30th Anniversary” sweepstakes web site, he/she will be given the option of opting in to the Daireds mailing list. If your friend/relative chooses not to be added to the Daireds mailing list, he/she will not receive any further correspondence unless he/she is selected as a prize winner. You must obtain each friend’s/relative’s permission to submit his/her information prior to submitting your entry. You may only enter each friend’s/relative’s information once. Original entrant’s friend/relative will not be entered unless he/she visits www.daireds.com and submits an online entry form.
8 EMAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: it is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Daireds is his or her email address changes. To do so, send an email to ordercheck@daireds.com
9 PRIZES/ODDS/RESTRICTIONS: Seven (7) monthly prizes will be awarded during the entire Promotion Period.
    ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
    ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. WINNERS AGREE TO ACCEPT PRIZES “AS-IS.”
    All potential prize winners must execute a liability release including an affidavit of prize eligibility and within fifteen (15) days following notification by sponsor. Failure to execute applicable releases or otherwise comply with these rules will result in forfeiture of any prize and disqualification form this Sweepstakes.
    Prizes are not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All items, costs or expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
    One (1) Monthly prize will be awarded during each of the Monthly entry Periods (a total of seven (7) Monthly Prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes.) Prizes included:

    Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received each Month for the Monthly Prizes. Total estimated retail value of all prizes is $250.00 - $600.00. No assignment, transfer, cash redemption or substitution of prize is permitted.
10 DRAWING: Seven (7) Monthly Prize winners will be randomly selected each Month in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Monthly prize drawings will be conducted on or about January 31, 2008; March 3, 2008; March 31, 2008; May 1, 2008; May 31, 2008; July 1, 2008; and July 31, 2008. Winners will be notified within approximately fifteen (15) days of the drawing by email, phone or postal mail at Sponsor’s discretion, and must respond by 5:00 PM CST on the fifteenth (15th) day following the first attempted notification by Daireds (the “Response Period”). Return of a prize notification as undeliverable or failure to respond within the Response Period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Limit ONE (1) Monthly Prize per person.
    Unless otherwise noted, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes by mail following completion of notification and prize acceptance process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.
11 PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
12 GENERAL CONDITIONS: All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes, not otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of winners.
    Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13 RELEASE: By participating and/or submitting an entry in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree: (a) to these rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; and (b) to release and hold harmless sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action, liability or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or sue of any Prize.
14 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISPUTES: If, for any reason, the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
  Sponsor is not responsible for (1) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, printing or typographical errors or lost, illegible or incomplete entries; (2) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any providers, transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (3) unauthorized human intervention in or unauthorized alteration to any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (4) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  Entrant agrees that as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Texas; (2) by participating or submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes, entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose; (3) the parties waive any right to trial by jury; (4) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by entrant, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event entrant’s attorneys’ feeds; and (5) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for and entrant herby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increase. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15 GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretations and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

17 WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by July 30, 2008 to: Daireds Salon & Spa Pangea, 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes, 2400 West I-20, Arlington, Texas 76017.
