Select 1, 2 or 3 classes per week and any combination of Power Yoga, Pilates Mat Work or Gut & Butt based on the available schedule. Pre-registration for specific class days/times required and must be maintained for the full 6-week session.
This class is a flowing sequence of yoga postures linked together by breath. The class builds grace, poise, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. This class is appropriate for most fitness levels and fun! As in all classes, we offer modifications for each pose allowing each student to work at their own level of their practice.
A series of non-impact yet challenging movements which increase “core” strength and flexibility. This all-level class designed for beginner to intermediate levels focuses on improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone.
A 60-minute blend of core strengthening and toning with additional emphasis on hips, thighs and buns.
A harmonizing experience of stretching, massage strokes and yoga-like movements that energize the body and increase flexibility and range of motion. Performed by a licensed massage therapist on a padded mat, you'll be moved into classic, beautiful yoga-like poses. The nurturing touch of human contact contributes to the relaxation and healing effect.

This screening consultation designed for those at risk for developing diabetes includes: review of current health history, comprehensive cholesterol profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL and total cholesterol and HDL ratio), hemoglobin A1C (assesses blood sugar levels over a 120 day period), generalized caloric recommendations, dietary strategies for healthy blood sugar regulation, exercise/fitness recommendations and review of the most effective and well researched nutritional supplements.

Sculpt your body to the perfect size while improving core strength and enhanced cardio health under the instruction of Olympic Gold Medalist Jon Drummond. Receive personal one-on-one feedback to customize your workout and ensure a results-oriented program. This low-impact, 30-minute exercise rotation utilizes physioballs, resistance bands, free weights, floor exercise, balance boards and weight balls. To monitor your results, this session includes a complimentary Medical Wellness Assessment before you begin and at the end of the session administered by our Medical Spa staff. This fitness program incorporates resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training. You'll work with Olympic Gold Medalist Jon Drummond to create a set of effective exercises using weights, bands and/or a stability ball. You will be given personalized materials to guide you in your home workout.

Taught by a certified infant massage instructor, Infant Massage has been found to ease common problems such as colic, gas, dry skin and constipation, as well as help build a child's social skills and sense of security. Parents will learn different massage techniques, stretches and how to incorporate infant massage into everyday care, in addition to the benefits of massage for their children and themselves. Printed materials reviewing the massage techniques taught in class and a bottle of massage oil for baby are provided for at-home use.
